Terms of service
Last updated 17 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and HNK Limited (“we”) for the use of Linkrail. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use it for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.
Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in email and API keys secure. You’re responsible for activity in your workspaces.
- Workspace owners manage members, domains and billing, and are responsible for what members do.
Acceptable use policy
You may only use Linkrail for lawful purposes and for content you have the right to promote. In particular:
- Domains: only connect domains you own or control, and only point links at sites you are allowed to promote.
- No phishing or impersonation: no links to pages that collect credentials or payment details under false pretences, or that pretend to be another person or organisation.
- No malware: no links to malicious, unwanted or deceptive software.
- No deceptive destinations: no cloaking (showing different content to reviewers than to visitors), misleading redirect chains, or links designed to evade advertising platform policies, including Google Ads policies.
- No spam: no links sent in unsolicited bulk messages.
- No illegal or harmful content: including child sexual abuse material, content that incites violence, or content that infringes others’ rights.
- No abuse of the service: don’t overload it, get around plan limits or rate limits, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission.
We check destinations with Google Web Risk and review reports sent through our abuse form. We may disable links or whole workspaces that break this policy, with or without notice. Disabled links stop redirecting and show a “disabled” page. Serious or repeated violations lead to account termination without refund.
Tracking links for advertising
Our tracking domains follow Google’s transparent click tracker requirements. They redirect only to the destination in the link’s url parameter, on the link’s own site or domains you have allowed. You’re responsible for your ads, final URLs and compliance with the advertising platform’s policies. Google Ads features are only available on tracking domains certified by Google, or to accounts in our early-access program.
Plans and payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Plan limits are listed on the pricing page. Links keep redirecting when you exceed a limit, but clicks above it aren’t included in detailed statistics.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email.
Your content and data
You keep all rights to your content. You give us the permission we need to host it and run the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data, including data about people who click your links.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service fast and available but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service we’ll give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and delete your workspaces at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Questions: contact@linkrail.io.
